Kim Kardashian appeared on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno last night, looking absolutely gorgeous. You gotta give it to her – she looks incredible! I think this is her best look in years! I’m loving the white lace dress, with black lingerie showing underneath! Her hair looks great – she just looks amazing! I can give credit where credit’s due!
She told Jay she was happy about her weight loss. “Actually I got on the scale today and it said that I am 50lbs down. That made me so excited” she said.
The 33-year-old admitted that gaining weight while she was pregnant was difficult for her. “I can honestly say it was the greatest challenge of my life,” she said.
She said all the attention she got for her weight gain was painful. “It really hurt my soul,” said the reality star. “It changed how I am in public. I’ve tried to live more of a private life.”
Kim also revealed that she and fiance Kanye West went into hiding after North was born. “I just wanted to have time with her and be with her. This was the one time in life that I could just take off and spend time as a family with me, and him and the baby. So we both took a maternity leave,” she said.

Kim opened up about her proposal from Kanye. “I’m very happy right now,” she said. “The proposal] was the most magical night of my life. I thought we were just going to dinner for my birthday,” explained Kim. “He just told me to close my eyes… he covered my eyes. I thought I was going to fall and he was totally helping me [out of the car]. It’s so it his personality to do something wild for my birthday. My favorite Lana song started playing, Lana Del Rey Young And Beautiful. And I was like, Oh my God he got Lana to play for me on my birthday. I thought that was my birthday surprise. And she doesn’t get out and he goes down on his knee. And I was shaking the entire time. The big scoreboard said please marry me. I said yes.”
After the proposal, Kim’s family all rushed onto the field. “The whole family thought they were there for my surprise party, and I thought they were in Arizona. He told them a surprise party, I need you guys there. The look on their faces – I turn around and see them balling.”
Kim says they are hoping to get married “next summer,” but they “haven’t had time to sit down and talk about it.”
Kim also gushed about her daughter, nicknamed Nori, calling her “the sweetest little girl. She never cries. She’s a perfect little angel. I hope she grows up to be smart and opinionated like her dad.”
Kim said she’s changing her last name. “It’ll definitely be West,” she said. “My daughter’s name is West, and we’re a family.”
Jay and Kim also discussed Kris and Bruce Jenner’s separation. “They are [separated]. And it is for the better, and the best way. I think they are better living in two separate homes. They get along better. I’d rather them live together and be happy. They are better friends now.”
